breaking point

i guess it’s all too human – instead of admitting to the present limits of our knowledge and problems we just declare things to be unknowable. rather than thriving for understanding and resolution, the natural human reaction in case of a conundrum is to act and think as little as possible.

aftershock (II)

if always looking for the elegant solution one has to understand that human behavior is rarely, if ever, elegant. the universe is full of these odd bumps and twists. You know, perhaps we need to make the equation less elegant, more complicated; less precise, more descriptive. it’s not going to be as pretty, but it might work a little bit better.

over there [2]

a feeling of being grounded, of being a part of something doesn’t come by accident. it takes work, and acceptance of those little, obvious things that keep us steady. nevertheless, it serves the unique purpose of keeping us in check, of having some sort of pillar to hang on, just in case things keep spiraling down.

in the end, we realize there is significant comfort and joy in being vulnerable with each other. if only we let the fear go.

moving the chains

moving forward while chained is hard enough to do. reaching a place of convergence is twice as hard. two options come two mind – giving up, or giving in. when everything seems to be out of place, we look for a place of comfort, concentrate, and try again. and again. because there’s nothing left to lose.
